Stephen Lloyd Stober (Steve, he/him) is an award-winning Canadian portrait and fine art photographer based in Toronto. For over 40 years, he has produced exceptional portraits that withstand the test of time and he is sought after by an appreciative and discriminating clientele. He has exhibited his work in photo galleries for over 25 years and is a member of Gallery 44 Centre for Contemporary Photography. Some of his work is featured here in this exhibition mounted by the Portrait Gallery of Canada and three important bodies of work have recently been acquired by Library and Archives Canada.
